Allu Arjun is once again grabbing attention and this time for his latest real estate move. According to exclusive reports the star is building a lavish new house in the prime area of Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad.

Interestingly, the property is located close to Chiranjeevi’s residence making it a high-profile neighborhood.

The new house is said to be spread across a massive 4000 square yards and is being constructed on a grand scale. Few reports suggest that the total cost of the project is around Rs. 80 crore reflecting Arjun’s taste for luxury and comfort.

This construction is progressing steadily and the housewarming ceremony is expected to take place by the end of this year without fail.
